Every leader needs a coach. Robbie serves as that person for so many. By day, he is the Head Baseball Coach at Eastern Michigan University. By night, he is loving husband and father. During other hours, he helps boardrooms, locker rooms, classrooms, creating an engaging environment where leaders are empowered to develop their people, and inspired to pursue excellence daily.
